TOWNSHEND, VERMONT AREA BUSINESSES

Townshend is an extremely active little town from a business perspective. You will find many businesses up and down the few miles of paved road but many, many, more exist well off of the more traveled path. Some perform the services that are needed, plumbers and electricians for example. Some operate retail establishments, either those that are open for walk in business or those who have adopted the “virtual” method of selling their products. There are, of course, eating establishments and/or lodging establishments available in Townshend not to mention the campgrounds.

However, a town the size of Townshend cannot possibly provide everything you need so the businesses listed here are spread around the area. None of them are all that far away and many provide services that Townshend businesses do not. That hardware store we used to have, well, since it closed, we all have to run, at least, to Newfane.

It is difficult to categorize such a wide economic base but the main menu is broken down in to some basic categories and, if the category contains a wide variety of businesses, then the links on the individual page or on the sub menu will help you find what you need.
