TOWNSHEND, VERMONT AREA BUSINESSES, RETAIL STORES

You come to the area for a great number of reasons, maybe just to relax for a bit. That is perfectly fine though, at some point, you are just going to have to walk into a store or two, even if it is just to buy a cup of coffee some morning. While this area might not be a “Manchester”, chocked full of “factory outlets” that make you feel like you never left the city, there are many little stores and establishments that are happy to provide you with any number of products from your groceries to just the right antique dresser for your bedroom.

We aren't behind the times either. Many of the locations do have websites and / or social media pages, some to enhance their brick and mortar presence, others, the sole means of selling their wares. But, in the vast majority of cases, there is a long and wonderful history behind many of these merchants. In many ways, you will step back to a time when doing business was much more personal.
